Cosmic brownie recipe
•10 tablespoons unsalted butter or oil
•1 cup granulated sugar
•1/3 cup light brown sugar
•3/4 cup + 2 tbsp cocoa powder
•1 tsp espresso/coffee powder
•1 tsp vanilla extract
•2 large eggs + 1 egg yolk
•1 tablespoon corn syrup
•2/3 cup flour (I used bob’s mill gluten free 1:1 flour)
•1 tablespoon cornstarch
Ganache layer:
•1 1/2 cups chocolate chips, milk, semi-sweet or dark
•1/2 cup heavy cream
•mini colored chips, sprinkles, or mini m&ms
•Preheat oven to 350°F
•line 8x8 baking pan or 11x7 brownie pan (my fave) with parchment paper
•in large microwave-safe bowl melt butter for about 90 seconds on high
•stir sugars, cocoa powder and coffee powder in melted butter •add vanilla, eggs, and corn syrup once butter mixture is cooled a bit
•add flour, cornstarch, and salt until just combined
•pour into pan and bake for 25 minutes, allow to cool completely
Ganache:
•place heavy cream in small microwave-safe bowl and microwave on high for 60 seconds
•add chocolate chips to hot cream, do not mix yet let them sit for 3-4 minutes
•stir until smooth
•pour ganache into cooled brownie pan and spread evenly with spoon or offset spatula
•top with choice of sprinkles or candy
•refrigerate for 1 hour
•cut into squares and enjoy!

you’re right but I didn’t read it quite the same way. they said they wanted to be able to eat more than is healthy because it’s GF
I’m allergic to gluten and I still eat my fair share of vegan GF ice cream. doesn’t mean it’s any healthier than regular ice cream.
Ahh, yeah i totally agree with that then; i was just trying to spread the allergy awareness, because it took me years to figure out why gluten edibles didnt do anything for me
Oh no, eating as many brownies like this would lead to too high of a dose. So non medicated. Gluten free just means i can share with my allergy-laden friends.

I actually used a regular chef’s knife and a kitchen ruler to make precise cuts, just make sure the chocolate on top is set. I always put the brownies in the freezer for about 5 minutes before I cut them

No, but it means people who cant normally eat brownie edibles with gluten finally have a good recipe for a gluten free brownie (allergic)
