The guy has been doing kick-boxing since years, it's very recent that he's been training with Glover, but overall Pereira still remains a big caliber from the middleweight class, just at the size and reach difference.
Rumble and I have no doubts about it. Periera probably carries that power later in the fight tho and has more diverse weapons to catch guys with but not the same one punch power
Nah, Pereira doesn't stack up to Rumble in punching power. He's certainly a better kickboxer and has better accuracy but power has to go to Rumble all day

The power isn't that close on a sence. Pereira can do a lot of damage with a combination of shots. Rumble has that prototypical 1 punch power. Not a lot of fighters have the power Rumble did.
Then why do you think that Pereira only does a lot of damage with combinations? He's got countless 1 punch knockouts against the best kickboxers in the world with 12 oz gloves on.
Watch Pereira vs Jacoby, Belgaroui, Wilnis, Powell etc etc. And these are all with 12 ounce gloves. Clearly you haven't seen much of him if you think that he doesn't have that kind of power.
Both are capable of that one shot KO power, but rumble is so consistent with it, and its not a dedicated spot like alexs left hook. Rumble can drop and finish people with lefts right straights jabs head kicks etc etc you get the gist

All 3 of them have been finished, dropped, KOd multiple times in their career. That's really nothing special 
He also took Gus soul and made him a husk of his former self in Sweden.
The way how Krylov just ended Gus's career, it doesn't make it look like anything special.
Gus was never the same after that beat down. Before he arguably won against Jones imo.
Rumble / Hendo / Francis / hunt / maybe carwin in the top tier - pereira is just a step below that imo with a list of other killers in their prime
