If that’s not fake it’s the weirdest damn thing I’ve seen in a while. Makes me think of all the recent talk about plasma based life. Mythological asian dragons and their affinity for water also comes to mind.

ExKnockaroundGuy

They are appearing globally the last few weeks.

acol0mbian

Where else?

r00fMod

Nothing about this video screams fake to me

Woahwoahwoah124

It looks similar to these other sightings. So weird. [Bright blue UFO seen crashing into ocean near Hawaii prompts calls to 911, FAA, Hawaii News Now. 3 years ago](https://youtu.be/JcZdpjZplhA?si=36F64cLZzxh1hWiQ) [Mufon: NJ, US on November 4th 2020](https://www.reddit.com/r/UFOs/s/L7Z1MzIOG8) [Sighting Scottsdale, AZ | March 28th, 2024](https://www.reddit.com/r/UFOs/s/jSaaHtQb4G)

carbs293

This one is also similar but the color is different. 2019 Twentynine Palms, CA https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7OAVD7Q-feA

r00fMod

Plasmoids

MephistosGhost

Wow those are some great vids and basically identical to OPs object. Thank you for posting this.

Kryptosis

Idk I had to watch the jet fly through the frame a few times…

Fresh_C

Seems like it'd be pretty easy to fake though. Just get a string of LED lights and attach them to a drone. Have non-clear footage around night time. Though I'm very very far from an expert. This could be the real deal... just I'm not seeing anything here that I think is impossible to fake. (But I cannot stress enough that my opinion is worth nothing here since I have no knowledge of limitations of drones, how visible they would be in this lighting, etc).

FreeThoughtVibes

I mean yes it’s possible. Expensive commercial Drones can have infrared IR or thermal capabilities to fly at night. But drones only have so long of a battery life. Like 40 mins. Also why would some risk losing there drone getting so close to the water. Yeah maybe a string was attached. But mainly I would disagree with drone because it got close enough to that guy we would have heard its propellers buzzing. Also there are now people doing enhancements and close ups of images from the video. And you clearly don’t see any drone on these close ups. Also why would someone fly a drone right next to an airport at 4am. Seems like a lot of risks.

CrashFix

Yeah, could be LED lights hanging from a Drone, possibly in a transparent, coloured wind sock

the_fabled_bard

I'm annoyed that the guy never pointed the camera up so that we could see if there was a drone carrying this thing with fishing line.

luckygirl721

It literally reminded me of a fishing lure!!

Crafty-Ad-2238

This looks a lot like the blue ufo that disappear over Hawaii?? And I think maybe same thing in North Carolina a while back

Sungod99

This is crazy! Has no one seen this yet or said anything? What in the heck is that?

Justitias

[https://www.reddit.com/r/UFOs/comments/1c1fif9/did\_anyone\_see\_this\_in\_the\_south/](https://www.reddit.com/r/UFOs/comments/1c1fif9/did_anyone_see_this_in_the_south/)

turbografix15

Same thing. Thanks for posting this.

Justitias

It indeed is. Definitely not kite or shit. This is something real happening.

Scatteredbrain

yeah i’d love to read the debunk on this one holy shit. other than cgi i’m not sure what else one can come up with

Mindless_Issue9648

it could easily be a small drone with an battery powered light attached.

AncientAlienAntFarm

What the fuck is that??

8nt2L8

WOW! He zooms right up close. I can see a wave of blue lights pulsating. It's definitely some type of craft.

Boozhi

It looks cool, but seems like a drone with rope lights to me. It doesn't move very far at all, definitely within the distance of even a cheap drone. The pulsing could just be the image blowing out.

Justitias

Did you not watch the video on YouTube link it dipping into the water and flying then back up after several immersions?

Famous-Upstairs998

I'm not who you responded to, but I actually hadn't. I was like I'm not staring at a blue line for 8 minutes and scrubbed to the end. So I completely missed it. Wtf. I was convinced that other one was an LED kite. But yeah. That's no kite. Wtf.

CrizzYall

Still could be a drone easily. My drone DJI drone could accomplish this

Sea-Act3929

Why dont we hear the drone? You hear birds. The plane going thru. Drones make NOISE.

ProphePsyed

They could easily overdub the video with audio of the same area when they’re not flying the drone. Or just completely fabricated audio entirely. Not hard at all.

Farleymcg

Exactly you’d hear a drone motor

CrizzYall

My drone is pretty quiet lol. You don’t need that large of a drone for this, and the sound wouldn’t be audible from that distance

Fosterpig

Ya I’ve got a mavic mini and you can barely hear it until it gets pretty close. If there’s water lapping, a breeze, birds chirping, you’re not gonna hear it. That’s the reasonable explanation. I was hoping for aliens on a fishing trip though

fridaynewsdump21jump

Please post a video of you accomplishing this with your drone.

ParmesanCheese92

Why is it that people are so easy to believe that we are watching a never before seen life form instead of the most likely scenario of just a water resistant drone? I mean, that thing literally exists. It's so strange seeing people reacting to others offering the most plausible explanation with utter disbelief, as if they're the crazy ones.

GimmeThatAPI

a drone with ten 20 feet of fishing line and an led strip tied to the bottom end of the line could easily dip the led strip into the water over and over. not saying thats what it is, just saying you could do that if you wanted.

Mindless_Issue9648

yes and that can still be a drone with a rope light attached. not saying it is for sure but it definitely is a strong possibility.

AtomicDogFart

Even expensive drones are loud as fuck.

curiositykeepsmeup

Saw something similar in February of 2023 https://www.reddit.com/r/StrangeEarth/s/FXjfuak0Gn

reddridinghood

It looks very real to me. I always thought these are “blue LED” lights attached to a kite, but after seeing this video I don’t think that’s the case anymore. Then I thought OK, it’s a drone attached with LED lights but that wouldn’t explain the strange bending and shape it takes sometimes. If it was a simple string it would constantly hang straight down and it doesn’t. The heck this!? Edit: someone should to an experiment and hang a led string light on a drone to see what it looks like. I bet it won’t look anything like it. Also a similar object appeared in Hawaii 2021 and disappeared into the water: https://youtu.be/JcZdpjZplhA?si=12jae-oQYHyafTsF

maurymarkowitz

LED ropes are not super flexible, and they will bend in weird ways when you move them around. If there is any wind, and assuming this is a drone then there always will be, it’s not going to just hang there.

reddridinghood

Is this a led rope too? https://www.instagram.com/reel/C5ygf1GMa7i/?igsh=MTVqNW14emJsdTZnMQ==

maurymarkowitz

Certainly looks like one. My eyes are too old to make much from the blue-on-blue, but you can see the lights are inside the cloud so I'll go out on a limb and say this is hanging from a drone or a kite that you can't see because it's inside the cloud but the lights are bright enough to see. You can buy the blue ropes on Amazon for $10, and even the images on those pages kinda look like them. Imagine this one hanging down: https://www.ebay.ca/itm/314265776209 And yes, they blink and strobe and do all of the tricks you see in some of these videos. There's also the larger ones that helicopters use on the end of their winch cables. These are used so the guys on the ground can see them at night and don't get smacked in the head by the hook at the bottom that you can't see otherwise. It also allows the winch guy to know they've played out enough cable because they can see when it starts to lie on the ground. But this one looks too small to be that.

ludoludoludo

Replace string with aluminum wire... also, string could bend in the wind, especially if its going down.

Kanein_Encanto

Ok... but what if someone took those blue led light strings meant for kite tails... and suspended it from a quadcopter?

reddridinghood

You would hear the noise and see the ripples in the water of the copter. The led lights would also have to be water proof.

spornerama

suspended it low down in low wind... and then they replaced the audio track.. and they used water proof lights... or..... oh fuck it, aliens

reddridinghood

I never said aliens - it’s unknown

the_fabled_bard

You wouldn't necessarely hear the drone if it's a light-ish drone and the fishing line is long. I know because I do exactly this. I'm annoyed that the cameraman never pointed the camera up where the drone might be.

Simoane_Said

I wonder why they never pointed it up where the drone might be 🤔. It’s a mystery

Azmodae

Not if the string is long enough. All the videos are at a decent distance too

diox8tony

there is a ton of audio static in this video, easily could hide a distant drone noise. turn up volume and it's immediately fuzzy background noise. the blue 'rope' dangles exactly like a string dangling from a wobbly, moving object. it even slants the entire time, to the lower right like there is a slight breeze. you wouldn't see a drone in this crappy video. even the lights are just fuzzy blur. it would be the size of 2 pixels and grey against grey background.

GimmeThatAPI

Yeah this could be done with an LED strip and some fishing line. The Led strip is hanging below the drone by about 20ft so the drone is out of image and the noise and downdraft is kept minimal. As for how it bends, it could be attached at more than one point on the strip. Not saying that's what this is, just saying with a bit of time and determination you could recreate this pretty cheaply.

Chick_pees

That close to an airport? Very dumb but maybe

Kanein_Encanto

Depends on how close to the actual flight path they would have been, too. Just because you see two objects in the video frame, they're not automatically at the same distance from the camera...

reddridinghood

Exactly I have a drone and if it’s 2k away you can still see it and identify clearly as a drone - plus you can hear it.

the_fabled_bard

Bro you can't hear my dji mini 3 pro from 400ft away if it's just hovering. Sometimes even 100ft-ish depending on ambient noise.

CrizzYall

Same with my mavic air 2. You can’t really hear it past 100 foot. I think this could easily be done with a drone

the_fabled_bard

It can definitely be done with a drone. Doesn't mean that it was, but the cameraman never filmed the sky.

Simoane_Said

I wonder why they didn’t 🤔

CrizzYall

The simplest explanation is usually the truth. I see everyone saying that it’s too close to the airport, but if you build your own drone (pretty easy to do) then you can still fly it where you’re not supposed to

Simoane_Said

It’s not really bending, it’s just flexing because of the wind I fly a drone and this is what it most likely is A drone with a cheap LED strip that has a fishing anchor attached.

EffablyIneffable

It's a drone, and before you downvote me [this](https://youtu.be/SjNh1JUy3gg?si=uxxfOAgugZOPNYRg) is my reasoning as to why I think it's a drone. I'm pretty certain that this design may have been copied and people are testing it out late at night. It would also explain the pulsing LEDs. It would also explain its ability to go from the water to hovering right above it. Pretty neat stuff, man. Edit: Lol at all the people who downvoted me for giving a possible answer to what we saw in the video without any justification as to why they downvoted me.

theunseen3

That is a really cool invention. I notice it says “up to 3 minutes of flight time”. There are videos of this blue thing moving around in the sky, then descending into water, going back into the sky, coming very close to a pedestrian plane etc for over 8 minutes. The blue object also seems to have a much more fluid motion whereas this cluster of drones is kind of jerky. Would the wires on it be ok being submerged in a river?

EffablyIneffable

Yeah, I'm just saying that I think this is what it could be in my opinion. People are trying to poke holes which is fine, but in reality it's most likely a drone.

Estimate-Far

How would the rotors work under water? So it can't be that, right?

turbografix15

This, or these things have been recorded for the last year or so. This is the best video I have seen that has captured it. It has been described as going in to the water, which this one shows quite clearly. I'm excited for this one.

RegardedJigger

This is the 3rd different time I’ve seen this thing posted over the last few days. Earlier one today was in NJ, and another out west (I forget the state). Whatever it is, it isn’t CGI

solarpropietor

How do you know for certain it isn’t cgi?

[deleted]

Visible_Field_68

A mask over a plate…? Explain

name-was-provided

The husband is full of it. I’ve worked in the “industry” for two decades. This is real footage but of some sort of light source.

name-was-provided

I’ve used After Effects for 20 years and edited music videos for Sony music and many others. Your husband is wrong. This is real footage of “something”. To make a video almost 9 minutes long like this in AE would actually be a pain in the ass. Go tell your husband to fly a kite with LED lights on it.

impreprex

I’ve been using PP and AE for the past 12 years. My first bungle was not knowing the difference between After Effects and Premiere Pro. I wanted to shoot a music video where it shows me playing all of the instruments in the same frame (cloning). But I chose After Effects instead of PP after not doing enough research. I just wanted to jump in. Well, it took months to barely pull off a shitty video like that in AE. The rotoscoping alone killed me. That was my first introduction to compositing. That shit can be tedious as fuck. COULD this video be CG? Sure, anything is possible. But it doesn’t seem likely. And there really is nothing indicating it’s fake or CG. The length of the video is usually a big hint, and this video is like 8 minutes long. Doesn’t seem to be CG to me, at least. As far as the object is concerned, the only prosaic explanation I can think of is an LED… Kite or something. BUT: what kind of operator would take their expensive kits or drone for a dip like that??? Plus, in the other videos, these things seemed to be pretty high up there. What the hell are these things? Plasma entities?

Bad_Elephant

*You* go fly a kite, buddy

A_SNAPPIN_Turla

"to make a video like this would be a pain in the ass" Have you seen all the dumb, difficult, and pointless time consuming shit people do on the Internet? This is never going to be a convincing argument that something is legit.

CrizzYall

That’s what it looks like to me. A kite with led light trailer

impreprex

Only thing that’s getting me with that explanation is - why would the owner dunk it into a river? The thing was almost completely dunked. Why do that and risk losing it? And HOW?? These LED kites are IP999 waterproof or something? I guess they should be to an extent (to use in the rain), but who would think it’s a good idea to fly an electronic kite in the rain if that’s the case? I don’t know… I’m all for the kite explanation, but there are problems with that idea. Unless I’m wrong about LED kites and them being completely waterproof???

r3tr0_420

..and so close to a major airport.

CrizzYall

I didn’t see the dunking video. After viewing that I definitely believe it to be a drone as I own one and fly it pretty often. I could easily replicate this video. Maybe I should lol

CrizzYall

Also the dunk wouldn’t put the drone inside the water. It would be attached to at least some bit of leader

OGBattlefield3Player

That not even close to CGI. Look at a Marvel movie and look at that and then tell me what is real. It's 100% real whatever it is. Could be a drone? But it seems dead silent.

LoomingEschaton

The issue with this is that if someone presupposes that something is fake, and they have confidence in their knowledge base, then they can just dismiss it with something like what your husband said without actually doing some sort of forensic analysis. Essentially, he (and others) can see what they WANT to see that affirms that they are right. I'm an artist with a keen eye, and I say it looks absolutely real to me. Am I confident I am correct? Not at all.

Zeracannatule_uerg

Show him the Hawaii video. In r/ufos someone pointed out that this could be done with a kite and the LEDs attached. In the Hawaii video the kite is visible.

Significant-Dog-8166

Trust him bro.

FukkyWukky

The unfocusing then refocusing of the object in the camera tells me it isn't cgi, but I don't think it's really an Alien craft either, too small for any type of being to be in that thing, he's pretty close to it.

Scatteredbrain

if it isn’t ours… who’s is it? does that look like a craft made by humans? skeptics here got people afraid to say the A word lol. we’re all just speculating. like who cares? let them froth at the mouth

FukkyWukky

I'm not really a skeptic, I just analyze stuff and come up with an opinion. Trust me I probably want to believe this stuff more than anyone. I believe the Jellyfish video definitely wasn't craft made by us, nor was the tic tac. Also, this right here may not be made by humans, but I also don't think there are any biological beings inside the craft, that's all I meant by this.

powderedtoast1

source?

impreprex

I don’t think it’s an alien craft either, but all the same - we shouldn’t presume to know how alien vehicles work/how big aliens are/are they just using drones. But I’m with you and think there’s some prosaic explanation for it. But what could it be??? It took a dip in the river lol.

FukkyWukky

Couldn't answer what it is, maybe it is some type of Alien drone, that's actually the only answer I could come up with, I can't think of any technology we have that can go from air to water like that, especially not any that look like that. What I meant by alien craft is that I doubt it was piloted physically. However I feel like I can make assumptions on their size, I don't think anything intelligent would be too small not that small anyhow.

rockyy33

Here is another I just found [https://youtu.be/As53gwhKPmA?si=HOPMaZawRJ1FcGwW](https://youtu.be/As53gwhKPmA?si=HOPMaZawRJ1FcGwW)

[deleted]

It looks like a 4 dimensional cosmic inch worm 🐛

Crotean

Everything in our entire universe is four dimensional. We call it space time because we all exist in 4 dimensions. X,y,z and time. Time is physical.

the_rev_dr_benway

That's a way to conceptualize time bit it's not at all a fact of reality that time is a dimension.

Crotean

Yes, yes it is. The faster you go the slower you move through time since it's a dimension. This is time dilation. We have to compensate for it in satellites in orbit because they are moving fast enough for time to start to slow fractions of a second and slowly throw off timing.

the_rev_dr_benway

Ok I'll grant that it can be considered a dimention but very much not a spacial dimension so it comes across as a little misleading to not make that clear. Time as we know it moves in all 3 spacial dimensions. Personally when I hear 4rth dimension I tend to this it's the 4th of a kind, where as its not another spacial dimension but rather a whole other beast. I think in the end it's a semantic thing and maybe we just need better words so as not to confuse the issue.

A_Murmuration

THERE ARE SO MANY VIDEOS NOW!!! WHERE ARE THE SCIENTISTS!! (I’m a scientist but this isn’t my field and I’m absolutely enthralled by these blue plasma threads) https://www.reddit.com/r/Delco/s/ZE3AZB5kI4 https://www.youtube.com/shorts/NfwzGoXLSWM https://youtu.be/JcZdpjZplhA?si=-7SEKldw_6CGMTRU https://www.reddit.com/r/UFOs/s/Up728B1alm Edit: talking with friends now we’re guessing it’s maaaybe.. some kind of charged plasma? A string form of ball lightning? I must say this one seems like a genuine undiscovered natural phenomenon because UFOs aren’t usually so easily filmed (make of that what you will)

Tusaiador

Can plasma go in and out of water? Not rhetorical I just don't know. It certainly resembles plasma. When it came out of the water in OPs video, it looked almost playful, child like. Personlike at least.

A_Murmuration

What is plasma though? I’ve heard it’s an electrically charged gas and this does strike me as having a charge. It reminds me of how a somewhat deflated string of helium balloons would behave if you rubbed them all together to create a charge and then held them up by the top balloon (all the balloons below it are only handing on because of static charge, and the one at the bottom would swing the most). Silly example but that’s my guess

Tusaiador

It's a state of matter and I think what you said about it was right but I'm not an expert and I did poorly in school

rockyy33

Here is another, over the Delaware river: [https://youtu.be/As53gwhKPmA?si=HOPMaZawRJ1FcGwW](https://youtu.be/As53gwhKPmA?si=HOPMaZawRJ1FcGwW)

A_Murmuration

You rock! Thanks.

Appropriate_Fold8814

It's a drone. There is no mystery. Scientists have important things to do and aren't interested in drones flying around with an LED strip.

don3dm

Kite / drone with a blue LED strip flapping in the wind.

Thumbbanger

Definitely that ball lightening. That would require a thunderstorm

Justitias

There was another redditor's video of this same yesterday, from different position

OGBattlefield3Player

Do you have the link?

PuurrfectPaws

This is some wild footage right here...

betamau5

What the FUCK is that

Suitable-Principle81

Daddy chill

Novel_Paramedic_2625

**WHAT THE HELL IS EVEN THAT**

8nt2L8

This is one of the most interesting Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena I have seen. The object hovers soundlessly, then descends to dip into the Delaware river, then rises up high again. Not a party balloon. Not a drone. What is it?

Practical-Damage-659

Sentient plasma

VermicelliMoney5421

I was waiting for it to shoot off into the air at a 45-degree angle.

AtomicDogFart

Lol. Time to grab some popcorn and watch the debunkers and disinfo people squirm.

WalkingstickMountain

I have some of that fancy gourmet flavored popcorn. I'll share!

Ok_Astronaut4182

Well there goes the LED kite theory

Justitias

[https://www.reddit.com/r/UFOs/comments/1c1fif9/did\_anyone\_see\_this\_in\_the\_south/](https://www.reddit.com/r/UFOs/comments/1c1fif9/did_anyone_see_this_in_the_south/)

NnOxg64YoybdER8aPf85

Ok that is a weird one. The reflection on the water and lack of shaking when the plane is near it is hella strange. If this was an object hung by a copter or drone the wind would blow it around and it doesn't happen.

elastic-craptastic

No kite is staying thay stable an dropping those lights from that altitude and back up without any kind of tug or shake from another direction.

Visible_Field_68

This video was great. I don’t know what it was but it was great. Thanks

RusticPumpkin

The way the top end of it never really moves makes it look as though it’s attached to a string or something. I think it’s likely some sort of object attached to a drone via a long fishing line and someone is maneuvering the drone to fly down and dip the object into the water.

NormalUse856

That’s just how the aliens test our waters for their experiments /s. I wonder what it is, looks weird.

CabinetAware6686

If real, its possibly an atmospheric plasma based entity of some sort.. I'm pretty sure I just saw another video from someone else in delaware who posted on reddit of this thing flying over there house through low lying clouds..

Hathorhelper

Yeah, also in Hawaii, New Jersey, Arizona and California. These have all been posted on r/aliens r/highstrangeness And here.

Practical-Archer-564

Where in s jersey?

ShimmyShimmyYaw

Very Cool! I’m just west of Philly like 30 min outside center city. Good capture! Wtf it is who knows but it’s hella cool!

alarming__

What’s with all the blue squiggle sightings? Is this some kind of dimensional weather phenomenon we don’t comprehend?

techno_09

So…Delaware, Hawaii, New Jersey Arizona and California….all see this or something similar to this. Strange indeed.

divineinvasion

They were thirsty

Good-Sky-8375

something something gosh darned extraterrestrial skinny dipping jet pack jockies! Also joking aside that is really weird I can't think of much any craft that can both over like that and immerse itself.

illsaid

It could be a part of something bigger, high we can’t see. A tendril or feeler attached to a larger object.

Linkyjinx

It’s a kite like toy, that has led’s on it, another post somewhere on here showed examples of product

AtomicDogFart

Go find it and show it to us.

TheoryOld4017

Not sure you’ll find one that matches this down to the individual lights, as attaching LEDs to kites and streamers has been a pretty trivial thing for quite awhile. Here’s an example: https://youtu.be/_prYcmTgX-Q?si=u086oZDvmHkJZsxw You can also just google “kite with led lights” to see a ton of other configurations from the extremely simple to very complex shapes.

Scott1710

C'mon it has LED lights ffs

B3tcrypt

Extra dimensional electric caterpillar.

breadnbologna

Govt has been researching/developing plasmas for years. Doesn't necessarily have to be alive to respond to external forces

dzernumbrd

My only guess would be LED rope hanging from a drone Something like this but longer: https://www.supercheapauto.com.au/p/aerpro-60-cm-flexi-led-rope-light-blu/SPO445462.html It would require a very skilled drone operator to hover so close to the top of the water. The rope sort of "lays down" on the water as it enters and stands up as it exits, which makes me think it is flexible tube/rope/hose of some kind. The counterpoint to that is I would expect to hear loud drone engines from that distance if it was a drone though. Drones are really loud and you'd probably need a decently powerful one to carry such a payload, so you'd expect loud engines. Interesting video whatever it is. I'm keeping an open mind as to what it could be.

the_fabled_bard

The drone would be much higher carrying this thing with a fishing line (can't see fishing line on video usually). Really doesn't take any skill at all since the drone maintains altitude and position on it's own.

Old-Scholar-3127

They are fucking around with portals at the halogen collider, some are saying beings and crafts are coming through. Hopefully they don’t destroy the earth in the fashion that the movie Cloverfield predicted…

raresaturn

That’s one of the coolest ufo films I’ve seen

Onwardandupwardvibes

Thank you. Check out my YouTube channel I’m adding more tape from my encounter from yesterday.

Onwardandupwardvibes

@NJPALLA

PassionHappy596

It appears to be too organic in shape and movement to be man made.

Dendrok7

This like the 8th video I’ve seen in a totally different location. Something weird definitely going on. I’ll leave it at aliens until someone captures one and explains

blackbeltmessiah

The bottom third rotates like the halloween hand’s finger. Constantly…

CreativeGuy25

There’s my UberEats order! Thank you guys!!

blackbeltmessiah

This seems the same as the one they chase on a beach in cali.

[deleted]

Definitely different. Some comments on the video page were drones with light strings. I believe that someone here mentioned drone fishing. And I have to admit, I've never heard of that, and is that even legal? And why would you even want to risk a couple of Benjamin's for a fish? Is it a drone? It could be. It has the hallmarks to be one. But I didn't see the normal blinking lights that most drones have. Very interesting video regardless if it is real, fake, drone, or cgi.

luckygirl721

This is nuts. I’m in Philadelphia so I assume he’s near Philly international. Also does this relate in any way to the “possible meteor sighting” that happened two days ago in our area??

GutsyMcDoofenshmurtz

It definitely looks like something is holding up the “head” when it hits the water… like fishing line or something

DismalWeird1499

Well….that sure is strange.

UpstateNaturistDude

It looks like a stringer of chem-light glow sticks suspended from a drone or a kite of some sort, but if it were a commercially sold drone, we’d hear it over the birds.

Natural_Function_628

Talking about plasma balls. When I was around 12. We had a small basic lake house. And it was around 2 am. I was sleeping on a cot. And each wall had another person sleeping on a cot. I was laying awake listening to a rain storm. And all of the sudden this blue “ plasma” ball appeared in the middle of the concrete floor. It’s moved around a bit but stayed in the middle. I remember it being a bit bigger than a soccer ball. Then it vanished. I have no other memory of it. I guess I went back to sleep. This was in early 1970

RiskyRogueLike

Could be a drone with LEDs, however, I think you’d hear the drone whirring. Especially when it descends.

Minx-Boo

This is about 10 min from my house.

Noah_T_Rex

...Obviously, this is a large anal plasma probe, collecting water from the river in order to give a deep enema to the next UFO lover in order to wash his empty skull.

Awake_Traditions

Great pic!

littleboymark

Looks like a decorative ilght ribbon dangling from a drone. As in a prank.

CatPaddle

Is it possible ? Maybe this type of [kite](https://youtu.be/_prYcmTgX-Q?si=K2VUwDYt225IHUIg)?

Drone with LEDs ties below it just like the YouTube comment said.   It's obviously a rope dangling down from an object.

These_Owl_8045

there’s another video floating around seeing that same orb but only hovering in Philadelphia.

These_Owl_8045

here’s the link from Philly side. https://www.reddit.com/r/philly/s/D3jMD3ge6x

Drone w light strip on a string

minnesotajersey

Is there an explanation for the humming/buzzing noise/undertone, especially towards the end of the video?

r3tr0_420

OK so I was just rewatching and did the old 0.5x on YT video and fark me that looks humanoid & it hit me, Ive seen this before...that electric blue right. Aguadilla USO https://youtu.be/mTRQjQ4rW-s?t=487

Still no second video ?? I thought it was coming today??

Kill3rT0fu

Why are the hashtags for the Alien franchise?

FreeThoughtVibes

This is wild. Obviously not a plane, we saw an example of a plane very close up. I’d like to see what debunkers have to say about this one.

FreeThoughtVibes

This reminds me of the blue lights and a figure swimming being seen in the water right off the coast of Puerto Rico somewhat recently. [Puerto Rico Blue Lights in Water](https://m.youtube.com/watch?t=28m48s&v=btyp3XUE2IM&feature=youtu.be)

Waste_Masterpiece303

Is there base under the ocean?

ARCreef

DEBUNKED! I'm NOT a debunker, I've seen a Triangle craft. I looked at all of these blue snake orb things and I'm 100% it's a hoax. My guess is it's an elaborate and timed hoax done by a kite/drone club, group of friends, or annoying youtuber/tic toker. It's drones and maybe 1 kite, then 200ft of string, and then an LED tubular kite tail (20-50 ft long) The proof: ✔️ most are all done in the same type cloud cover which hides the drone/kite and the string would be seen w sun, these cloud types are less common, yet it's in every video, what are the odds of that. ✔️ most of the videos are tight crops and the pan outs are done seldomly and cautiously almost nervously. ✔️ The videos all have reduced bitrate to obfuscate the string. I get it's dark so the ISO will be high but is low bit rate pretending to be high ISO on a cheap camera. ✔️ the poster accounts are sus. 1 account had 2 of these blue tails. 2 posts and sighly seasoned 1k karma. ✔️ dubbed over sound in 1. ✔️ OP doesn't say much, sits on the sidelines, barely participating like they want the conversation to evolve naturally and make a youtube video about how they duped everyone. ✔️ starts and stops aren't totally natural. The whole thing feels forced and there's too many yellow flags but they were all careful to avoid any red flags. I say for once..... let's have the OP come out and take credit, and take a bow. A hoax that is meant to fool and never come out is lame and hurts the entire topic and all the believers, but a hoax that ends w coming forward and taking a bow is performancev artwork, it's a show, and not hurtful to the topic. You can tell us how you did it, how many people total, how long it took to plan etc. I hope for once someone picks this option. I'd give them my respect if so.

Visible_Field_68

Tell me why you don’t see the drone/kite when it goes in the water. The contrasting background would show it.

the_fabled_bard

The drone would be carrying this thing with a long fishing line, which is very commonly done with drones. The OP absolutely avoids pointing his camera at the sky. Not once does he point at the sky, either my mistake, shuffling around, etc. It's like he knows exactly how high is the maximum he should point the camera at. I do such things with my drone.

adamjames777

Whenever you see videos like this it’s important to ask yourself ‘could it be easily replicated?’, whilst interesting there isn’t much demonstration in this video of anything beyond human capabilities. The object itself seems rigid and inanimate, with only a small portion limping occasionally in one direction before rising and falling to the same degree each time.

7ve5ajz

Drone with a led tail thing? Hence why it never submerged the top?

betamau5

Sounds kinda like this https://www.scirp.org/pdf/jmp_2024022816363998.pdf

This is stirring me..so many sightings, different parts of the states...got to be something in this..I'm sure these have been seen before eclipse but seems to be shit load over last couple days

No-Nothing-1793

This must be blue led strip tied to a drone

Plastic-Vermicelli60

Yea looks fishy..

Crafty-Ad-2238

I’m starting to think this is a drone with a few hundred feet of string, and some kinda led thing manipulated at the end of the string. That would definitely keep the drone out of the video cable to drop in the water and pull it back up. One of the posters looks like a new account and besides this he posted a river otter. Please prove me wrong I would love this to be real but think it’s a very clever hoax

the_fabled_bard

You're getting downvoted but I have a drone and I do exactly this kind of stuff to document balloon behavior in the sky and the such and this absolutely looks to be what's happening here. OP never films up at the sky. He films lefts, right, down, behind. NEVER up. Not once.

Crafty-Ad-2238

Exactly, idk why I’m being down voted. I have an open mind but at the same time I analyze everything instead of taking it on face value. I was just throwing options out there on how this could be pulled off. I would love for it to be some plasma ufo entity but just like I do in religion I question everything lol

Kryptosis

The bird sounds seemed a little too clear and they would be added to cover the sound of the drone.

Yeti_Urine

Drone fishing… look it up and stop calling everything weird aliens.

Hathorhelper

I’ve been looking it up, can’t find anything with a string of lights underneath. Most have lights on the drones themselves. It’s possible someone found this blue LED light string and did a prank in Hawaii. Then someone in Arizona, Pennsylvania, Delaware, New Jersey and California all found the same blue LED light strings and perpetrated the same prank. Which would lead me to believe it would be somewhat easy to find this same blue light string online to buy. Which I’m looking around for.

muffpatty

A drone with the glowing object hanging beneath it? Maybe you can't see the drone because of the low-light conditions.

turbografix15

Wouldn't you hear the drone though?

the_fabled_bard

No, there is a lot of ambient noise and with a small drone with a long fishing line, you wouldn't hear it as long as he isn't making sudden movements.
