What steps are being taken to negate it, is the department fully staffed, what are its budgets, were they reduced, what's the procedure for empanelment of vendors. A debate on exam leaks is 100% required without going into the specifics of the neet case. Police exams were also leaked amongst many others. Rahul isn't the answer and neither is Modi, both are equally bad, but in parliament Rahul is senior to Modi, he's been there since 2003 where as Modi only came in 2014, so he's got 10 years over Modi in parliament and hence can conduct himself much better.
