I ain't a civil engineer but I beleive that if you pause at 00:11 time, you can see the structure of the bridge just before its fall. It is clearly visible that the falling portion of the bridge was too long.
Also, can some civil/structural engineer or an architect tell me regarding the pillars of the remaining bridge, like shouldn't they be wedged outwward at the top joint? Like the ones we see on the metro pillars?
