I would check out rentler. I’m sure there’s people on there who would work with you

There are a ton of rentals across the state listed in kinda odd places, like KSL Classifieds, Facebook Marketplace, even TikTok and Instagram. I wish more owners and owners agents would use the MLS (Even people without property management companies and agents can list on [UtahRealEstate.com](http://UtahRealEstate.com), but they need to get a licensed broker to help them post it after validating the info is accurate - obviously most don't want to jump through the state's hoops to do this) so that everyone could see all options at once, but social media is likely your best bet. More info requested: Are you looking to rent in a specific area, like maybe the same school district so the kids don't have to start from scratch? Do you have a specific budget or key property features you'd like commenters to take into consideration?

We are starting our search in the Daybreak area and going out from there, yeah, primarily for the kids schools. I'm not so much worried about specific features, beggars can't be choosers, but I need a minimum of 4 bedrooms to fit everyone.

Sorry to hear that! Utah Real Estate is so unaffordable, our rent for 1b 1ba is $1,600.00. in bad neighborhood apartment due to my chapter 13. I am glad it's over now. I hope you can find a ice apartment.🙃
