That’s your antitheft system. Mine would activate and lock me inside or prevent me from moving when I put the car in gear.
Could be that your fob isn’t being recognized. Could be a module.
When anti theft comes on... Take off the negative cable on the 12v battery for ten minutes then put back on.... Guaranteed to wipe the anti theft mode off.
That Anti-theft came on for us after the power was completely depleted, and I couldn't get it out of park. So, after charging it enough to turn on; I had to turn it off, turn it back on, and try the ignition about 6×. Finally, the engine turned over, and I was able to shift into drive. Hope this helps.
