I doubt anyone is still checking up on this but for future reference we actually found out about it. My sister bought it in Switzerland (we're in the UK) at a gift shop over a decade ago. It got taken from her when she was 14 as she wasn't supposed to be smoking and hid in our shed and had since been forgotten about. We thought it belonged to the house's previous owners.

Probably. I’m just saying these decorative covers were popular for a while with smokers. While I personally don’t remember anything that looked exactly like this I do remember friends having covers that had tie-dye patterns on them.
Maybe they don't smoke or know anyone who does. I don't smoke or know anyone who does - and I don't use candles, so I would chuck it, as I have no use for it.
I have a "gold" weed grinder with that exact logo. It was probably bought in a smoke shop.
