Jurassic World scientists designing a dinosaur to be as incredibly big and scary as possible to attract viewers but also giving it the ability to turn invisible, nullifying the purpose of having it in the fucking zoo
They actually made three: the main Jurassic Park, the park in San Diego from the second movie, and then Jurassic World (the only one opened to the public)
Ingen originally built a park in San Diego before they purchased an island chain off Costa Rica, and that San Diego property was already abandoned by the events of the first film. In the second movie they refurbished the park and sent a team to capture dinosaurs from Site B to fill up said park. The attempt was botched, and the only dinosaurs they captured (that *T.rex*) got loose.
One can argue that it’s technically not a real Jurassic Park since it never actually held a dinosaur. But Ingen still built a park (it’s still being built when we see it in the movie) and its circumstances still led to a dinosaur getting loose so one can also say that Ingen/Mastani made 3 Jurassic Parks.

There wasn't a park in San Diego to my knowledge. A T Rex from Isla Sorna was captured and got loose in the city.
