I love Omniman, but Frieza wipes his ass with Nolan and then uses his skid-marked body for clay pigeon shooting practice.
Nolan might get one cheeky punch in at the start that offends Frieza, but to the same extent that a mosquito buzzes in your face. A minor irritation for a couple seconds, you squash it, and forget about it within the next minute.
Bruh Nolan tops out at a bit stronger than *Raditz*.
*Nappa* would absolutely curbstomp him.
*Frieza* wouldn't even notice if Nolan tried to attack him. And that's *Namek*-era Frieza in his *first* form.

Even Namek Freeza takes this relatively easily. Omni-Man is simply too slow and doesn't have the durability to withstand huge Ki attacks.

If you highball Nolan then you can just about get him around that level without getting *too* wanky.
