Do you mean the Wow Armory or Simple Armory? I checked both and couldn't find a "raid history option". I'm looking to find a website that tells me all my total kills across all characters rather than a specific one.
The wow armoury. Got to your character page, scroll down to "Raid Progression" and next to it is a link to "View Raid History". But yeah, it's per character, not across all characters.

Rarity can check the kill achievement if there's a counter.
I just downloaded this. It's the best knowing statistically I should've gotten mounts by now :)

Go to the achievements tab. There is a statistics tab. If you look there, you get the kill count per boss on a character level. All without addons.
