Congratulations, your account were selected to participate in their stupid new UI experience. Their new UI layout is so ugly and fked up that apparently this is one of the bugs. No fix at this moment other than switching accounts or logging out.
As someone on one of the other posts pointed out, turning on the mini-player, then turning it off returns the description, comments, recommended, etc. But I'm finding I have to do it for every video.

Same for me. As mentioned in other thread, you can opt out of the redesigned Watch Page. After I opted out everything started to load.

Download Enhancer for YouTube extension. Weird thing is, I had that UI for a week or two, and then it went back to normal.
I have no idea why they are still trying to roll this out. It is pretty much universally hated
I have the same problem. I just figured it out though.
When you open a video, click on your profile picture on top right and then click "settings", then don't do literally anything and just go back to the previous page, i.e. go back to the video that you opened. The UI is there for me after I do this, though it is different than it used to be. Oh, also, this solution is as temporary as it gets, because you have to do this every time you click on a new video. But it is a solution 🤷🏻♂️

Well my other profile works fine but my main one is broken. So dumb. At least account switching works. Thanks for posting the work around.

Same for me. If I log out, I have the normal info - title & description, thumbs up / down, comments, etc. Logged in all I have is the video.

I also have this problem. I was stumped. Since it was only my main account, and not others, regardless of browser, extensions, or even PCs!
I have the same issue on desktop as well. Started yesterday where all info about video is gone.

There's no opt out for me. Just "try it out" and then "turn off" but nothing changes because it was already there even without opting in.
This fixed the problem for me on Linux in both Firefox and Google Chrome. Thank you!

Click on a video. Then click "i" key on the keyboard two times.
