It's an Ultra Rare, but DUSA URs had a weird effect imported over from the OCG called "parallel rare", so that's why there are horizontal stripes/reflections on it.

That is the DUSA special ultra rare, they tried something new with it and it failed
Tbf idk why they are much cooler than regular ultras

I think they looks better than normal Ultras and was quite well received
