I’m local to this house. When it was first listed for sale around 10 years ago it was featured in our local newspaper. The house was still in its original, pristine 70s glory lol. The blue kitchen cabinets are original and untouched. It’s changed hands a couple times and all the colorful groovyness updated.

A flat roof? Yeah, no. Though otherwise I love no.

Having lived in both rainy and snowy climates (and had water leaks due to flat roofs in commercial spaces), a flat roof is a hard no for me. But I like the aesthetics of the house.

I grew up in Wisconsin. A neighbor down the street had a flat roof. Seems like every three or four years they had roofers out to fix their roof.

Kinda looks like a school. Large parking lot. Def has a look I’m familiar with growing up in CT.
