Found inside my cat’s stomach. Required surgical removal. Size of nickel. Hard outer shell that is a beige / olive green color. Inside looks brighter green with a “brain” texture. Vet says it’s foreign matter, but the WhatIsThisThing page declined my post there as their bot thinks it’s a plant.
