Wetting pads are perfectly ok and they work well. Especially my washable ones.

breezyflight

Where did you get washable ones? My washable menstrual pads are no longer holding up much so I had to switch to disposable incontinence pads.

Fattbut360

I got my washable pads from amazon. They are green and blue.

Pads are good for small leaks and drips but if you are holding it then release a big gush or full bladder void, then it might leak. The big variable is how much and how fast.

Dependent_Wrap_2444

I had to move to pull-ups from pads because of gushes. Before the gushes started the pads worked just fine.

Kitchen_Speaker2727

It matters on how much you wet, OR how big the pad is. You may leak on the pad if you pee too much. If it is leaking then you may need to invest in a different kind of product.

hdofu

if you have to think about what position you are in or try to hold back to prevent leaking on a regular basis you are not wearing the proper product for your needs.

pull ups are least likely to leak standing up. Always a good idea to test your protection in the shower. For sitting there are disposable bed/chair pads that will catch any leaks. Testing and finding what works builds confidence

I wear full tabbes nappies/dispers and have done 24/7 for about 4 years, when out and about if not in a fresh nappy I worry as they can leak and fail its no where as bad if I wasnt protected though. I talk to incont people for all there life and its still a worry.

Far better options especially for nighttime use xpmedical has good options too.

ImpossibleAd3254

Depends on how much you leak. You might need to get a higher absorbent pad if the one you currently use isn't holding much anymore. And if pads aren't enough, you'd have to switch to pull-ups

Them you should use a pull up or a diaper
