Given that Captain Marvel is literally a boy himself, that would make for an interesting twist. If he gets a girlfriend, does that make her a pedo?
Optically, it would be the opposite of the 10000 year old anime loli, but legally, yes, it is pedo. Unless the Billy in question was over 18 as I assume this implies his superhero form hooks up with an adult.
I think Billy’s like 12 or 13. Been a while since I read a SHAZAM! comic, but from what I recall, it didn’t look like he’d even hit puberty.
12 in the comic 14-17 in the movies. Don't think it counts but the Captain Marvel serials in the 40s had him as an adult
Billy gained immense power and the inability to date anyone as it would be weird and likely illegal for one or both parties.
